Self-Care in Times of Uncertainty and Pain

Balancing life’s demands and practicing healthy self-care can be particularly challenging in these times of continued change and uncertainty due to the Covid19 pandemic, political, and societal challenges. Caring for ourselves can feel a bit like a luxury or even selfish. Or we might put it off because of fatigue or a feeling of being overwhelmed. But one small step can make a huge difference; and what better time is there than to take that step now?

Join us for a time of exploring and practicing simple principles and activities that will increase our self-care, coping and flourishing so we can bring our best selves to the work we do.
