We Need to Talk-Communicating Effectively During Times of Conflict
Most people feel anxious when someone says to them, “We need to talk.” Conflict scenarios can be some of the most defining moments for us in our relationships with other people. Each of us have our own communication styles which impacts how we react to conflict. Are you a Dove, an Owl, a Peacock, or an Eagle? Come to this session and find out!
o What is my communication style?
o How can I have more mindful conversations?
o How can do I increase my chances of achieving resolution when I engage in a difficult conversation?
o What tools can I use to have “good conflict” that increases trust and builds relationships?
Communicating well is a daily exercise, and you’re not alone if conflict and confrontation make you a bit anxious and uncomfortable. Let’s spend our time discussing and practicing what works!
