How to be a Goal Setter and a Go Getter!
Whether it’s work, money, weight loss, or anything else you strive for…it’s about setting the proper goals in order to achieve success. Rarely do great things fall out of the sky and into your lap, so you make them happen! Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future and for motivating yourself to turn your vision into reality. Most of the time goal setting isn’t just about the thing itself. A great goal is one that’s worthy of your time, challenging enough to make you do the work, and includes a strong sense of accountability to make it “sticky”. In this workshop we will cover the basics and beyond. Walk away with answers to questions like: How do I get started? What can I do to ensure iron-clad accountability? How can I strategically work my goals every day? There will be discussion and exercises so that you can experience goal setting in real-time. Plus, many ready-to-use tools to take away and apply!
