PARTNER ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

If you represent an organization in Cuyahoga County that offers services to families and children 0 to age 5, you can enroll your clients into Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library through us!

Online Enrollment Support:

Partners may assist families with online registration (with consent).

Follow the online steps here.

If no email is available, use a paper form with verbal permission and your initials.

After Enrollment:

  • Families with an email will receive a confirmation email with login information.

  • Approvals or denials will follow by email.

  • Approved children should receive their first book within 90 days.
