Roses, Thorns, and Sledge Hammers – Self-Care and Self-Love in Stress-Filled Times

Two-thirds into 2022 and at the beginning of the academic year, give yourself the gift of spending two hours to breathe freely in the company of others who also desire to flourish rather than merely cope. How can we enjoy the roses, avoid the thorns, disarm the sledge hammers in our life? In our time together, we will explore and practice techniques and exercises that will enhance self love and compassion, increase mindfulness, and reduce the impact of stress. No prior experience necessary. Come as you are and engage as much as is comfortable.
