Motivation for You and Me: Motivational Strategies to Uplift Educators and Their Students

Educators have a challenging job that requires dedication, determination, and motivation, but sometimes an educator’s tank is on E, especially when the learners they serve are struggling with motivation as well.

Motivation for You and Me: Motivational Strategies to Uplift Educators and Their Students is a workshop that will help educators understand what motivation really is as it relates to education. Furthermore, those who participate will know factors that impede motivation and strategies to improve both educator and student motivation.

Participants in this workshop will leave with a reframed idea about motivation and how to make motivational strategies a consistent element of their instruction and professional practices. In addition, they will feel motivated to continue making a difference in the lives of the learners they serve and refuel their tank.
